Declaration
- That I have been informed of the direct costs of returning the product on the terms set out in the general conditions of contract.
- That I have been informed that I may not exercise my right of withdrawal in respect of products excluded under the EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL clause.
- That I enclose with this withdrawal form a copy of the purchase invoice for the product acquired.
- That I have been informed that, in accordance with current legislation, I must return the product without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which I communicate my decision to withdraw from the contract.
- That, pursuant to the articles referred to above, I hereby exercise my right of withdrawal, returning the product concerned in perfect condition, in its original packaging or in packaging that ensures the items will not be damaged, together with all accessories and promotional items included with the purchase.
I also accept that, where my right applies, the full amount paid at the time will be refunded to me, WITHOUT interest, to the account I provided, within no more than 14 calendar days from the date on which the Provider receives this form.
